REFUND POLICY

For long-term relationships, we respect your privacy.


We at WebAce IT Services believe in assisting all clients to the greatest extent possible, and have developed a careful refund and cancellation policy as a result. There could be a situation of customer complaints for a variety of reasons. Clients have the option to cancel their projects and obtain a refund if they are dissatisfied with our services. Our cancellation and refund policy will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Domain Name Registration Services: You are the owner of your domain name once you purchase it, and it cannot be "cancelled" until the domain term expires. The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) organization controls domain names globally, and we have no authority over them.


Cancellation of on-going website promotion, website hosting, or domain registration services must be submitted at least seven days prior to the end of the current service period.

Requests received more than seven (7) business days after the current service term ends will be viewed as cancellations for the following service period.

 As part of a promotional offer, special occasion, or discount period. Because these are special deals from the company, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.There are no refunds for services provided by the WebAce IT Services.

WebAce IT Services also maintains the right to cancel your account at any time and without warning and without providing a refund.

Refund Policy

We will do everything possible to provide high-quality services that meet the needs of our customers.


We can issue a refund if a client is not totally happy with our services. All reimbursements will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your account via Account Credits or direct deposit into your bank account.


Refunds will be granted to the original credit card used at the time of purchase if paid by credit card, and refunds will be made to the same Bank account if paid by Payment Gateway Name.

The cost of registering a domain name, transferring a domain name, or any domain-related services is non-refundable. You are the owner of your Domain Name once you acquire it, and it cannot be "returned" until the domain term has expired.
 

Refunds are only available to first-time customers. You will not be eligible for a refund if you previously had an account with us, cancelled it, and then signed up again, or if you have started a second account with us.

Dedicated servers, administrative fees, custom web application installation fees, and domain name purchases are not refundable. After the initial 30-day non-conditional money back period, refund requests for shared and reseller accounts will be processed on a prorated basis for any unused time.
 

Because taxes are deposited immediately at the end of each month, we are unable to reimburse them; however, you may be able to reclaim them directly from the government.
